Jamie Silber
Jamie is still in the hunt for athletic competition at the top level of Multisport. However, his need for speed is complemented by his equally successful coaching resume. He is a USAT Level 2 Certified Triathlon Coach, Certified USA Cycling Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He was a long time business partner of Ian Murray with whom he co founded Triathletix Coaching which is now Triathlon Training Systems (TTS). Jamie is a co producer and writer for the Triathlon Training Series DVDs and is currently working as coach and advisor for TTS. Jamie also co founded the LA Triathlon Club, and started the LA chapter of Team in Training for the sport of triathlon.
His athletic career includes the following performances: Two 2nd place finishes at the National Championships in both the Olympic and Sprint distance triathlons. Two time World Triathlon Championship qualifier and he is a 6 time Ironman finisher, including the Ironman Hawaii World Championships.
Jamie knows what it takes to put on a great race, and is eager to bring this world class event to the hard working and hard training Triathletes of the multi-sport community.

Kouy T. Kolar – Novice
Since the event’s inception, Kouy has served as a valuable independent contractor for the Strawberry Fields Triathlon. In 2009, Kouy officially joined the staff as their newest owner and partner! She brings to the table over 7 years of event coordinating experience in the world of triathlon, marathon, century rides, and adventure trekking/mountaineering.
Some of her most notable athletic and adventure achievements have been completing a 21-day trek to Mt. Everest Base Camp, summitting Mr. Kilimanjaro in Africa, crossing the finish line at world class events, such as: Ironman Coeur d’Alene, the Nike Marathon, and the Honolulu Century Ride – putting her in the prestigious company of Team in Training’s “Triple Crown Finishers”.
